Brookdale Senior Living operates continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) offering various lifestyle and care options that are designed to ensure your peace of mind today and tomorrow.
In our continuing care retirement community campuses, independent living is the predominant lifestyle, but we also offer multiple levels of care which may include Personalized Assisted Living, Clare Bridge Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, and an on-site Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. This combination of services and living arrangements enables residents to age in place within the components of our campus in order to remain near their family and friends while receiving care from those they trust.
Each campus Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center provides licensed skilled nursing care for short-term recovery after a hospital stay or when extended convalescence is needed. Brookdale’s professional therapists and nursing associates respect our residents’ choices with compassion and competence. Our teams know that providing excellent service extends beyond clinical details to caring for the whole person.
While some of our rental communities also provide this full continuum of care, the CCRC designation often refers to a limited number of our Brookdale communities, where a refundable equity payment (or Entry Fee) is combined with a Life Care guarantee and with various packages of discounted health services to add more predictability to our resident’s future.
As with all of our Independent Living communities, our continuing care retirement communities promise to provide Exceptional Experiences Everyday. See the description for Independent Living to learn more about the breadth of services provided to help ensure that our residents live with passion for life and purpose in life.
Brookdale’s continuing care retirement communities enable residents to enjoy life at every stage, lead an active and engaged lifestyle and still have access to longer term care when they need it.
